Sara McGlothlin is a holistic health coach, wellness entrepreneur, health writer, cookbook author, podcast host, and yoga/fitness teacher based in Richmond, VA. For years she has been coaching clients on the importance of holistic health and blood sugar balancing nutrition. Her practice is inspired by her passion of educating others how to live healthier lives. She focuses primarily on the nutritional science behind metabolic health, the mind-body connection, and food relationships.
